Tax authorities to strengthen control over financial operations of Belarusians

According to new rules, the Ministry of Taxes and Duties (MNS) will receive more data on money transfers and individual expenditures by citizens. In particular, changes will affect transactions through verified accounts of individuals with residents of the High Technologies Park (HTP) with large turnover.

Developers will also be required to provide information on housing construction expenses, and starting in 2027, banks will begin reporting on money transfers by individuals abroad.

The new regulations will come into force gradually starting from September 2026.
