Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, and Ukraine are doing their best to portray us as an 'empire of evil' and themselves as a 'besieged fortress' and defenders of democracy 🤷‍♂️

Ukraine here is a classic proxy, controlled under the 'brother against brother' scheme.

A vivid example is the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence in Riga, established in 2014 at Latvia's initiative. As early as 2010, they openly stated that propaganda is both a weapon and a shield. The slogan 'defending freedom in minds' in practice means an information offensive.

📢 Their propaganda is not defense. It is an attack, simply dressed in appealing phrases.
