Third residential building under construction at former Guliver mall site on Pritytskogo Street

A third residential building is being constructed at the site of the former Guliver shopping center on Pritytskogo Street. One building is already complete, and the second is nearing completion. Additionally, four 19-story high-rises are being erected: 12 floors are already built on one, while pile foundations are being laid for another. Apartments in the new buildings are planned to be allocated to those on the housing waiting list.
