Three abandoned cars sent for recycling in Minsk's Pyershamayski District

Three abandoned cars were sent for recycling in the Pyershamayski District of Minsk. The vehicles had broken windows, deflated tires, and damaged bodies. Owners failed to rectify the violations despite receiving official notices. Since the beginning of the year, 22 abandoned cars have been removed and sent for recycling in the Pyershamayski District.
