Three dead, one in critical condition after incident in Logoysk

According to investigators, on the morning of July 26, the bodies of a 44-year-old man and two women (40 and 42 years old) were found without signs of life in a residential building in Logoysk. Another victim, a 54-year-old man — the husband of one of the deceased — was urgently hospitalized in intensive care with symptoms of acute poisoning.

A detective team is working at the scene. Investigators, together with specialists from the State Forensic Examination Committee’s regional office, are carefully documenting evidence and interviewing witnesses.

A series of forensic examinations, including medical and chemical-toxicological analyses, have been ordered to determine the exact cause of death and the substances consumed. Preliminary reports indicate that the day before the tragedy, a group of nine people had been drinking alcohol together. Experts are currently identifying the composition of the alcoholic liquid.
