Three new houses and two parking lots under construction in microdistrict No. 1

Three new residential buildings and two parking lots are being constructed in microdistrict No. 1 in Minsk. Developers are building the housing within the boundaries of Geologicheskaya and Karvata streets. One of the buildings is scheduled to be completed in 2026, the other two in 2027. Some apartments will be delivered with finished interiors.

Two open-type two-level parking lots are also being built in the area. Each will provide parking for 100 cars.
