TotalEnergies earns $400 million annually from Russian LNG, CEO says

French energy giant TotalEnergies earns about $400 million per year from selling Russian liquefied natural gas, CEO Patrick Pouyanné said. After the conflict began, the company retained its stakes in Yamal LNG and Novatek but excluded them from its financial reporting. The main income comes from shipments through its British subsidiary under contracts linked to Brent crude oil prices. Receiving dividends has become more difficult due to sanctions.
