Two children hit by car on Kosmonavtov Street

Two 11-year-old boys were riding on a single electric scooter outside a residential area when they were hit by a Volkswagen driver while crossing the road. They did not dismount before crossing. The children were taken to hospital for examination. Traffic police and an investigative team are currently working at the scene.
