Two Minsk men attacked a downspout at night

Two 20-year-old men from Minsk damaged a downspout at a city polyclinic at night. One of the men decided to demonstrate his boxing skills and hit the pipe. His friend saw this and joined in. Law enforcement is conducting a check and determining the damage amount.
