Two new buildings on Angarskaya and Magnitnaya to be completed in 2026

Facade work has already been completed on building No. 3. The 10-storey, three-section building is designed for 119 apartments. The facade is in light beige tones with brick-pattern inserts and mint-colored elements.

The second new building—No. 8 according to the master plan—is currently at the roofing stage. The building has variable height from 14 to 16 floors, also consists of three sections, and is designed for 180 apartments.
