Two teens killed in head-on collision in Astravyets district

The tragedy occurred today at around 15:30 on the R52 highway near the village of Digiyevo. A 20-year-old Audi driver veered into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with a Chevrolet.

As a result of the crash, two passengers in the Audi—a 15-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy—died. Five other people in both vehicles sustained injuries of varying severity and were hospitalized.
