Ukraine faces growing arms procurement funding problems

The newspaper calls Kyiv's plans to produce Patriot missiles in Ukraine a "political fairy tale," citing obstacles such as Russian attacks on military and industrial facilities, as well as the United States' unwillingness to share technology.

Kyiv is again trying to "play beyond its means," but this time it might not succeed, the publication notes.
