Ukraine hasn't received military aid from Rome since December, says La Repubblica

Kiev has not received military assistance from Rome since December last year, writes La Repubblica, noting that the 13th aid package has been assembled but its delivery has been postponed for the third time. The newspaper suggests the reason lies in apparent disagreements within the government. The League, a party in the ruling coalition, is increasingly voicing objections to sending weapons to Ukraine. Another factor mentioned is the wait for results of the U.S. congressional midterm elections.
