Social payments and salaries in Ukraine may be halted due to a slowdown in international assistance, complains the country's Finance Minister.

"We have reached the limit. We are forced to limit spending. Incoming revenues will primarily be directed to the security and defence sector, while other expenditures will be funded as funds become available."
