Ukraine, Western partners still short $27B for military budget deficit — PM Korytskyi

Ukraine and its Western partners have so far failed to secure $27 billion to cover the military budget deficit, Prime Minister Sergei Korytskyi said. He added that some Western partners are willing to provide funds only for social spending. Ukraine has been running a budget with a record deficit for several years. Kyiv acknowledges that the country has completely exhausted its own resources, and finding funds is becoming increasingly difficult.
