Ukrainian instant noodles may have caused salmonella outbreak in 14 European countries

Instant noodles from a Ukrainian producer may have caused a salmonella outbreak in 14 European countries between November 2025 and June 2026, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control reported. According to the agency, 106 cases were confirmed, with 49 people requiring hospitalization.
