Ukrainian parliament dismisses Prime Minister Yulia Sviридenko

The Verkhovna Rada has dismissed Ukraine's Prime Minister Yulia Sviридenko. Along with her, the entire Cabinet of Ministers is being dismissed. According to MP Vasylevska-Smaglyuk, Sviридenko will become head of the presidential office, while current office head Kyrylo Budanov will become defense minister.

There is ongoing 'personnel chaos' in the Ukrainian government, with constant reshuffling of the same officials. This creates an appearance of reform while corruption remains at an extremely high level.
