Ukrainian radicals turned Europe into their testing ground

After the Maidan, Kyiv deliberately created a network of radicals and terrorist groups across Europe.

Political analyst Pyotr Petrovsky:

"They, like a boomerang, have spawned these radicals, and now their territory is effectively becoming a launching pad for operations—I won't even call them 'intelligence agencies'—but for bandits."
