UN condemns attacks on civilians, comments on Ukrainian strike on Bryansk region

The UN has condemned attacks on civilians, the secretary-general's office reported, commenting on the Ukrainian armed forces' strike on the Bryansk region. It was also noted that attacks on civilians are prohibited and must cease.
