Undeveloped sanatorium near Minsk put up for sale after decades of abandonment

An undeveloped sanatorium near Minsk has been put up for sale, which has been abandoned since the 1990s. The complex in the village of Novoe Pole includes two buildings with a total area of almost 9,000 m² and a land plot of about 4 hectares. The starting price of the property is 204,000 rubles (about 70,000 dollars). Electronic trading will take place on July 30.
