Undeveloped sanatorium near Minsk sold cheaper than a one-room apartment

A derelict sanatorium complex near Minsk has been put up for auction at a price of 204,070 rubles — about $67,000. Two buildings with a total area of 8,800 m² have stood unfinished since the 1990s. The buyer will also receive a 30-year lease on the land plot surrounded by forest and located next to a river. Bids are accepted until September 18, and the auction will take place on September 23.
