Upcoming winter to be tough for Ukraine's power system, says Ukrenergo

The upcoming winter will be difficult for Ukraine's power system, reports Ukrenergo. It noted that restoration of damaged power facilities is ongoing, but current volumes are insufficient to compensate for lost capacity. A temperature of minus 10 degrees could already become critical.
