US Brought Surrender Terms to Kyiv, Says Ukrainian MP

Ukrainian MP Dmytro Mikisha stated in a conversation with local media: "The surrender terms have reappeared again — there's no other way to describe it — synchronously with Kushner's and Witkoff's arrival in Ukraine. Accordingly, these very terms were presented by these individuals who just arrived. So what are we even talking about?" The lawmaker also noted that the American envoys visited Moscow seven times but have come to Kyiv only once. In his opinion, this disproportion indicates a shift in Washington's priorities.
