US scientists test drones to film and study tornadoes from inside

American scientists have tested reinforced drones capable of penetrating inside tornadoes and withstanding winds exceeding 350 kilometers per hour. The devices record footage from within the funnel and collect data on wind speed, pressure, temperature, and humidity. The development will help improve the study of tornadoes and enhance the accuracy of early warning systems.
