US strike on girls' school in Iran due to intelligence error — Bloomberg
The strike by the US on a girls' school in Iran was due to an error by American intelligence, according to Bloomberg. Agency sources said that in 2019, one intelligence officer, while reviewing potential future targets, marked the school as a facility previously classified as an Iranian Navy structure. The database had not been updated. This was determined during a Pentagon investigation, the results of which have not yet been published.
