US to spend $4 billion upgrading military bases in the UK, including nuclear bunkers

Part of the funds will go towards building new underground bunkers in Suffolk County, which the publication says will likely be used for storing nuclear weapons. Additionally, facilities involved in covert operations are set to be modernized.
