Vance personally urged Zelenskyy to stop attacks on Caspian Pipeline Consortium, FT reports

Vance personally demanded that Kyiv stop attacks on the infrastructure of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium during a phone call with Zelenskyy on July 31, according to the FT. Such attacks have not occurred since. The FT reports that Kyiv agreed to this condition in exchange for obtaining a US license to produce Patriot missile interceptors.
