Visa-free travel to Montenegro extended until end of October

Montenegrin authorities have allowed citizens of Belarus and Russia to enter the country without visas until 31 October inclusive. Those who cross the border before midnight will be able to stay legally for another 30 days.

Visa requirements will be reintroduced from 1 November. Demand for travel to Montenegro remains low: in 2025, only 261 Belarusians travelled to Montenegro through travel agencies, compared to over 162,000 who went to Turkey.
