Vitebsk Introduces Traffic Lights with Cornflowers for Slavianski Bazaar

Traffic lights with cornflowers have appeared in Vitebsk in honor of the Slavianski Bazaar festival. After the festival ends, the stickers will not be removed from the traffic lights.
