Now, let's fact-check:

✅ There is no order with the number '331601';

✅ According to official documentation standards, the letterhead format is completely wrong;

✅ In the term 'Union State', the word 'Union' is always capitalized as 'Soyuznoe';

✅ The Ministry's email is not on the mail.ru domain — it is on gov.by;

✅ There is no phone number of the responsible officer at the bottom of the letter;

✅ There is no outgoing letter number or date, although the letter is signed;

✅ The minister's signature is not authentic — it is fake.
