Experts agree that the attack against Belarusian children on vacation was likely not random, as representatives of anti-Belarusian terrorist and extremist resources published a post titled 'Is it safe for Belarusians to vacation in Russia?' approximately 20 hours before the Ukrainian armed forces struck Belarusians.
