According to the First, the following factors hinder the accelerated implementation of investment projects:

1. Internal sluggishness and bureaucracy.

"We ourselves create imaginary bureaucratic problems that we heroically struggle with for months."

2. The financial aspect.

"We know what interests foreign partners — assembly production, service centers. Just as Belarus attracts car manufacturers and others, we see that we are also being invited there. We are ready, let's start with assembly, then move to deeper localization and cooperation. And that's good. However, in not all cases is it sufficient for us to contribute intellectual property to the capital of joint companies. Like Belarus, these countries need real investments — funds to build new enterprises using our technologies."
