What Changes in Belarus from October 1

Starting October 1, several changes will take effect in Belarus. Individuals will have a 30-day validity for paid border crossing registration. The government will review retail price ceilings for certain Belarusian medicines. A new paid parking zone will be introduced on Pervomaiskaya Street near Gorky Park in Minsk. In M-Belarusbank, users will no longer be able to add cards issued to another person; additionally, some notification packages will become paid. Ordering firewood for heating will become available online via the Minleskhoz service.
