What the new 'Plannernaya Gora' district will look like

Fifteen ten-story buildings, a multi-level parking lot with shops and cafes, a school for 780 students, a kindergarten for 230 children, and a separate outpatient clinic are planned to be built here. The residential complex will be named 'Plannernaya Gora' — according to the project authors, the name was chosen by local residents.
