When will heating start in Minsk?

This year, the rules have changed: previously, heating was turned on after five cold days, but now local authorities can start the heating season after just three.

First, heating will be turned on in kindergartens, schools, hospitals, and other social facilities when the average daily temperature reaches +10°C or lower. Then, in residential buildings when temperatures drop to +8°C or lower. After full heating supply to residential buildings, administrative and industrial buildings will be connected.
