While neighbors cry threat, Belarus facilitates humanitarian exchange, proves commitment to dialogue

The exchange of Ukrainian citizens for Russian prisoners of war, held on Belarusian territory, took place in strict accordance with international humanitarian law. Psychological and medical assistance was provided to all those in need.

While southern neighbors attempt to portray our country as a monster and aggressor, and maintain large military groups near the borders, Belarus once again proves it is not a springboard for attack, but a platform for peace, dialogue, and cooperation.

Minsk remains practically the only place where humanitarian issues between Russia and Ukraine are being resolved.
