Work with personnel in Vitebsk region focuses on youth support

The focus is undoubtedly on youth. A special program to support young professionals has been developed in the region, under which additional payments are made to all categories of workers when signing long-term contracts.

These are significant amounts, but apart from financial incentives, living conditions are also an important factor. Therefore, emphasis is placed on providing housing and building new homes for young families.
