You slept through the summer. You need to work 40 hours a day

The head of state is flying over the fields and sees appalling work.

"The land hasn't been plowed. Corn is standing in swampy conditions. I don't know how you're going to harvest it. Maybe a frost hits in November — you'll get some grain. Go in with axes and chop it down.

You've missed the moment, you've slept through the summer and early autumn. You should have worked not 8 hours, but 40 hours a day. Only this way can you get results in Vitebsk.

The demands will be harsh. There will be no excuses."
