Zelenskyy dismisses Prime Minister Yulia Sviридenko

He is considered close to Zelenskyy's associate, Timur Mindich, who is involved in a corruption scandal. One of the reasons for the reshuffle is said to be Zelenskyy's desire to remove Fedorov from the post of Defense Minister. According to MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak, the decision on Korytsky's appointment has already been made at 99%. He also reported that Sviридenko may take up the post of Ukraine's ambassador to the US.
