Overview
Located right in the center of Minsk near Victory Square, Gorky Park is the city's most iconic recreational space. Covering 28 hectares, it has been the go-to destination for families with children for generations. The park combines classic amusement rides with modern playgrounds, a planetarium, boat rides on the Svisloch River, and tree-lined promenades perfect for a leisurely stroll.
History
Originally established as a public garden, Gorky Park has evolved through the decades into Minsk's premier family entertainment destination. Recent years brought significant modernization, with new public playgrounds (free access), updated attractions, and planned art installations including new sculptures.
