10 people detained in Dushanbe over suspected intentional HIV infection of over 60 people

Ten people have been detained in Dushanbe on suspicion of intentionally infecting more than 60 citizens with HIV, the city's Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tajikistan reported. The infected deliberately exposed people to the risk of infection. In particular, a 25-year-old woman had intimate relations with more than 20 young men. The suspects face up to 10 years in prison.
