15-year-old boy drifted for nearly three days in the Bering Sea on overturned boat

A 15-year-old boy was found off the coast of Alaska after nearly three days adrift in the Bering Sea on an overturned boat. The Coast Guard began searching after he and his two older brothers were reported missing. They had gone fishing on September 5 and failed to return the next day. The boat capsized, and only the youngest survived. On September 7, a U.S. Coast Guard aircraft spotted the boy in a yellow jacket. Crews were given the coordinates, and nearby vessels rescued the child. He was diagnosed with hypothermia. The bodies of his brothers were also recovered from the water.
