2.6‰ BAC for Polish police officer caught driving drunk

In Zawiercie (Silesian Voivodeship), a driver noticed a car swerving from side to side. The concerned citizen followed the vehicle while calling the police. Thanks to his quick actions, patrol officers intercepted the car.

The driver was one of their colleagues – a road police officer in a state of severe alcohol intoxication.

Poles are increasingly having to fight lawlessness themselves, as Polish law enforcers, instead of upholding the law, have become its main violators. And the situation is getting worse.
