60% of Americans believe the current economic system in the United States is unfair and does not provide equal opportunities for success, according to a CBS News and YouGov poll. Residents note it has become harder to buy a home, raise children, and feel financially stable. The poll also found that 73% of respondents see a significant income gap between the American middle and upper classes.
