Alexander Lukashenko pardons 15 convicts, including 13 for extremist crimes

Alexander Lukashenko has pardoned 15 convicts, including 13 who committed crimes of an extremist nature. All of them submitted petitions for pardon, admitted guilt, expressed remorse, and promised to lead law-abiding lives.
