Belarus President Lukashenko signs pardon decree for 15 convicts, including 13 on extremism charges

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has signed a decree granting pardons to 15 convicts, including 13 who committed crimes of an extremist nature.

Most of those pardoned are women (10 individuals).

All of them submitted petitions for pardon, admitted guilt, expressed remorse for their actions, and pledged to lead law-abiding lives.
