Alexander Lukashenko to hold talks with Myanmar's president
Min Aung Hlaing is in Belarus on an official visit.
Today, another step will be taken to develop relations between Belarus and Myanmar, as well as with Southeast Asian countries in general.
"The peculiarity of current relations between Myanmar and Belarus lies, as I see it, in the need to launch a new stage of development. We must build relations between our countries that will serve as an example for other states in this region," Alexander Lukashenko said at a meeting with the president of Myanmar on July 2, 2026, in Naypyidaw.
In Minsk, the leaders will align their positions and set new guidelines for bilateral cooperation. Key areas:

▫️ international cooperation
A package of documents is expected to be signed following the talks.
