Another Russia-Ukraine prisoner exchange to take place today in Gomel

Another exchange of Russian and Ukrainian prisoners of war will take place today in Gomel. Civilian citizens will also return to their homeland. The meeting at the 'Novaya Guta' crossing point included the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Russian Federation, Yana Lantratova, and the Human Rights Commissioner of the Ukrainian Parliament, Dmitry Lubinets.
