Anthropic CEO: Industry Hid AI Risks for Too Long

And I think the industry misled people for too long by hiding the fact that this technology carries risks," he said. According to him, many companies benefited from showing AI only in the best light. "We never did that, but too many companies in the industry did. So it starts with telling the truth. And the truth is that risks exist. The risks are real," Amodei added.
