Armenian media report West's demand to introduce visas with Russia

The Armenian outlet Graparak, citing sources in the Armenian government, reports that Western countries are demanding Yerevan introduce a visa regime with Russia. According to the newspaper's interlocutors, this is a preliminary condition after which the EU could consider simplifying the visa regime for Armenian citizens in several years.
